摘要

悬臂振动筛是一种广泛应用于物料分级、筛分和过滤的装备,其设计与操作的优化对提高生产效率和产品质量至关重要.EDEM软件作为一种基于离散元方法(Discrete Element Method,DEM)的颗粒模拟工具,能够详细模拟颗粒在振动筛中的运动和相互作用,为筛分设备的设计和改进提供强有力的技术支持.通过EDEM可以有效模拟和分析悬臂振动筛的工作过程及其对筛分效率的影响,进而优化其关键工艺参数.通过EDEM软件的模拟方法探讨悬臂振动筛的关键工艺参数,研究参数对筛分效率的具体影响,并基于模拟结果提出一系列工艺优化策略,以期达到提高筛分效率和降低能耗的双重目标.

Abstract

Cantilever vibrating screen is a widely used equipment for material classification,screening,and filtration.The optimization of its design and operation is crucial for improving production efficiency and product quality.EDEM software,as a particle simulation tool based on Discrete Element Method(DEM),can simulate the motion and interaction of particles in a vibrating screen in detail,providing strong technical support for the design and improvement of screening equipment.Through EDEM,the working process of a cantilever vibrating screen and its impact on screening efficiency can be effectively simulated and analyzed,thereby optimizing its key process parameters.This article explores the key process parameters of cantilever vibrating screens through the simulation method of EDEM software,investigates the specific impact of parameters on screening efficiency,and proposes a series of process optimization strategies based on the simulation results,in order to achieve the dual goals of improving screening efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
