摘要

热喷涂工艺在现代工业中占据重要地位,是表面处理三大核心工艺之一,而工装设计则是该工艺的关键环节之一.系统阐述热喷涂工装设计的核心原理、影响因素、实施方法、改进优化,并结合具体实际案例详细剖析其在实际生产过程中的应用,旨在提升热喷涂工艺的生产效率、涂层质量及过程安全性,期望为热喷涂工装设计的优化与创新提供理论支持和实践指导,进而为行业发展注入新活力.

Abstract

Thermal spraying process occupies an important position in modern industry and is one of the three core surface treatment processes,and tooling design is one of the key links of the process.The core principles,influencing factors,implementation methods,improvement and optimization of thermal spraying tooling design are systematically described,and its application in the actual production process is analyzed in detail combined with specific practical cases,in order to improve the production efficiency,coating quality and process safety of thermal spraying process,which is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization and innovation of thermal spraying tooling design,and then inject new vitality into the development of the industry.
