智能断喙器用于对刚孵化的 1～10日龄雏鸡进行断喙处理.该设备基于机械系统和控制系统,实现雏鸡的高效、准确抓取和断喙操作.机械系统包括柔性机械手、快速移动装置和自感应体质量分拣装置,实现对雏鸡的稳固抓取和体质量分类.控制系统基于STM32实现,可精确控制机械手.该设备还具备分质量称量、智能抓取、断喙计数以及断喙速度调节等功能,提高了养鸡效率,并简化了养殖户的统计管理工作.
Abstract
Intelligent Beak Breaker is used to break the beak of newly hatched chicks from 1～10 days old.The device is based on a mechanical system and a control system,which realizes efficient and accurate gripping and beak-breaking operations for chicks.The mechanical system includes a flexible manipulator,a fast moving device and a self-sensing weight sorting device,which realizes the solid grasping and weight sorting of the chicks.The control system is implemented based on STM32,which realizes the precise control of the manipulator.The equipment also has innovative functions such as weighing,intelligent gripping,beak breaking counting and beak breaking speed adjustment,which improves the efficiency and economic benefits of chicken rearing.
