摘要
结合可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)在数控机床上的应用特点,分别分析PLC技术在数控机床关键环节中高速数据处理技术、通信技术、编程技术、控制功能以及对数控机床安全可靠的保护措施等的应用情况,同时指出PLC在数控机床数轴和刀库调试的应用,为提高数控加工的精度和效率提供了重要参考.
Abstract
Through the application characteristics of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)program in numerical control machine,the application situation of plc technology in the high-speed data processing,reliable communication,flexible programming,powerful control function and the safe and reliable protection measures of numerical control machine is analyzed respectively.This paper also points out that the application of PLC in numerical control machine debugging provides an important reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of numerical control machining.
