摘要
起吊系统是架桥机的重要组成部分,主要负责梁片的起吊、纵移、横移工作.其中,滑轮组、吊具及滑移横梁的移动系统设计,对梁片架设的精准程度起到至关重要作用.以昆仑号运架一体机(无导梁式)为研究对象,模仿其新型起吊系统进行设计,内容包括滑轮组、滑移横梁、特殊吊具的设计及吊点平衡技术的分析.
Abstract
The lifting system is an important part of the bridge erecting machine,which is mainly responsible for the lifting,longitudinal and transverse movement of the beam sheet.Among them,the moving system design of pulley block,spreader and sliding beam plays a crucial role in the accuracy of beam erection.The design of the new lifting system of Kunlun carrier(no guide beam type)is carried out,including the design of pulley block,sliding beam,special lifting gear and the analysis of lifting point balance technology.
