机电一体化设备集成了机械和电子技术,应用该设备有助于提高生产效率和设备性能.因此,回顾机电一体化设备在传统轧花工艺中的应用现状和存在的技术问题,系统阐述基于智能制造的新轧花工艺的设计理念与目标,详细介绍新工艺中关键模块的设计,包括控制系统、传感器和数据处理模块,并探讨工艺参数的优化方法和系统集成策略,旨在提高轧花工艺的整体性能和自动化水平.
Abstract
Electromechanical integration equipment integrates mechanical and electronic technology and its application helps to improve production efficiency and equipment performance.This paper first reviews the application status and technical problems existing in traditional embossing processes of electromechanical integration equipment,and then systematically expounds the design concepts and objectives of new embossing processes based on intelligent manufacturing.It elaborates on the design of key modules in the new process,including control systems,sensors,and data processing modules,and discusses optimization methods for process parameters and system integration strategies,aiming to improve the overall performance and automation level of embossing processes.
