摘要
自动化装备在现代制造业中扮演着至关重要的角色,可以有效提高生产效率、产品质量和加工精度,减少人力成本和缩短生产周期.文章主要研究机械加工中自动化装备的设计,提出自动化装备的设计原则,阐述机械臂、物流缓存系统、控制系统等自动化装备的设计要点,并以汽车半轴自动化生产线的建设为例,分析自动化装备的具体设计.
Abstract
Automation equipment plays a vital role in modern manufacturing industry,which can effectively improve production efficiency,product quality and processing accuracy,and reduce labor costs and production cycles.This paper mainly studies the design of automation equipment in machining,puts forward the design principles of automation equipment,expounds the design points of automation equipment such as robot arm,logistics cache system and control system,and analyzes the specific design of automation equipment by taking the construction of automatic production line of automobile axle as an example.
