摘要

在当前工业自动化与信息化快速发展的背景下,可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)作为一种先进的生产方式,广泛应用于各行各业,以提升生产效率和产品质量.煤矿机械作为重要的工业装备,其设计与制造的现代化是提升煤矿生产安全性和效率的关键.PLC的核心技术如自动化控制、计算机辅助工程和计算机辅助制造为煤矿机械提供了精准、高效的设计与生产解决方案.通过探讨PLC技术在煤矿机械自动化控制中的应用,分析计算机辅助设计、工程和制造如何协同工作以优化设计流程和生产效率,进一步通过具体案例展示这些技术在实际操作中的成效与挑战.

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of industrial automation and information technology,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),as an advanced production method,is widely used in all walks of life to improve production efficiency and product quality.Coal mine machinery as an important industrial equipment,its design and manufacturing modernization is the key to improve the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.The core technologies of PLC such as automation control,computer aided engineering and computer aided manufacturing provide accurate and efficient design and production solutions for coal mine machinery.By discussing the application of PLC technology in the automatic control of coal mine machinery,the paper analyzes how computer-aided design,engineering and manufacturing work together to optimize the design process and production efficiency,and further demonstrates the effectiveness and challenges of these technologies in practical operation through specific cases.
