文章设计的基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的矿井局部通风机变频调速系统,使用基于PLC的 3 层控制架构,采用比例-积分-微分(Proportional Integral Derivative,PID)控制和模糊控制相结合的复合控制策略,并配备完善的安全保护措施,实现了矿井局部通风机的变频调速控制.搭建了实验平台,在不同工况下进行测试,评估该系统的节能效果、动态响应性能、稳定性和可靠性.实验结果表明,与传统定速系统相比,设计的变频调速系统节能效果显著、响应快速、运行稳定可靠.
Abstract
In this paper,the variable frequency speed control system of mine local fan based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is designed.It uses the three-layer control structure based on PLC,adopts the compound control strategy combining Proportional Integral Derivative(PID)and fuzzy control,and is equipped with perfect safety protection measures to realize the variable frequency speed control of mine local fan.The experimental platform is built and tested under different working conditions to evaluate the energy-saving effect,dynamic response performance,stability and reliability of the system.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional fixed speed system,the designed variable frequency speed regulating system has obvious energy-saving effect,fast response,stable and reliable operation.
