摘要
针对煤矿采煤机电系统存在的集成度低、可靠性不足、效率低下、智能化水平不高等问题,提出一种基于智能控制技术的煤矿采煤机电系统优化设计方案.通过综合应用控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线技术、冗余设计、参数优化匹配及深度强化学习等智能算法(Deep Reinforcement Learning,DRL),对采煤机电液系统进行全面改进和提升.搭建机-电-液联合仿真平台,对比分析不同控制方案的性能表现,验证优化设计的可行性和有效性.结果表明,优化后的采煤机电系统在节能效率、动态质量、自主作业能力等方面均得到显著提升,为实现采煤装备的智能化升级提供了新思路.
Abstract
In view of the problems of low integration,poor reliability,low efficiency and insufficient intelligence level of coal mining machine electrical system,an optimization design scheme of coal mining machine electrical system based on intelligent control technology is proposed.Through the comprehensive application of Controller Area Network(CAN)bus technology,redundancy design,parameter optimization and matching,deep reinforcement learning and other intelligent algorithms,the electromechanical hydraulic system of coal mining is comprehensively improved and promoted.The machine-electric-hydraulic joint simulation platform was built,and the performance of different control schemes was compared and analyzed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization design was verified.The results show that the optimized coal mining machine electrical system has been significantly improved in energy saving efficiency,dynamic quality,autonomous operation ability,etc.,which provides a new idea for the intelligent upgrading of coal mining equipment.
