摘要
转炉滑板挡渣系统是控制转炉出钢成分的关键设备,在改善钢水质量、减少回磷和钢中夹杂物等方面都起到了促进作用.一旦挡渣不严,将直接导致钢铁成分出格等严重后果.滑板挡渣系统的液压管路经常会出现漏油现象,影响生产连续性.基于此,针对转炉滑板挡渣系统液压管路漏油现象展开研究,首先阐述该系统的组成和工作原理,其次分析液压管路漏油的原因,最后通过实际案例探讨液压管路的优化措施.
Abstract
The sliding plate slag retaining system of converter is the key equipment to control the steel composition of converter,which plays a promoting role in improving the quality of molten steel,reducing phosphorus return and inclusions in steel.Once the slag is not strictly blocked,it directly leads to serious consequences such as abnormal steel composition.The hydraulic pipeline of slide slag system often has oil leakage phenomenon,which affects the continuity of production.Based on this,the phenomenon of oil leakage in hydraulic pipeline of converter slide slag retaining system is studied.Firstly,the composition and working principle of the system are described,then the causes of oil leakage in hydraulic pipeline are analyzed,and finally the optimization measures of hydraulic pipeline are discussed through practical cases.
