自动化技术在液压阀装配中的应用

摘要
以某"2018年北京市智能制造标杆企业(数字化车间)"为研究对象,通过对机器人技术、视觉技术、自动导引车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)技术、射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术等的应用探索,介绍各项自动化技术在液压支架电液控制系统液压阀装配车间的应用.实践证明,各项自动化技术的应用在生产过程中起到了提质、增效、降本的效果,可为煤机制造和液压产品制造中的技术升级提供借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the"2018 intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprise(digital workshop)of Beijing"as the research object,by exploring the application of robot technology,Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)technology,vision technology and Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology,this paper introduces the application of various automation technologies in hydraulic valve assembly workshop of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.It has been proved that the application of automation technology improves the quality,increases the efficiency and reduces the cost,which can provide reference for technical upgrading of coal machine manufacture and hydraulic product manufacture.
