设计一种针对立体种植模式的西瓜智能收获装置,实现西瓜的自动化与智能化收获.装置包括支撑、剪切与输送收集模块:支撑模块确保西瓜稳定安全;剪切模块集成智能识别与精准切割技术,通过机器视觉识别成熟度及瓜柄位置,实现快速无损切割;输送收集模块平稳高效地将西瓜输送至收集区,并将传送带与机械臂结合,确保完整性.此外,收集区设置智能称重与计数系统,实时统计收获量.该装置实现了全程自动化,从成熟度识别到切割、输送与收集,大幅提高了西瓜收获的效率与准确性,为立体种植模式下的西瓜生产提供了有力支持.
Abstract
A watermelon intelligent harvesting device for three-dimensional planting mode was designed to realize automatic and intelligent harvesting.The device includes support,cutting and conveying collection modules.The support module ensures the stability and safety of watermelon;The cutting module integrates intelligent recognition and precision cutting technology,and realizes fast and non-destructive cutting through machine vision to identify maturity and handle position;The conveying and collection module delivers the watermelon to the collection area smoothly and efficiently,using a conveyor belt combined with a robotic arm to ensure integrity.In addition,the collection area is equipped with an intelligent weighing and counting system to calculate the harvest quantity in real time.The device realizes the whole process of automation,from ripened identification to cutting,conveying and collection,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the harvest,and providing strong support for the production of watermelon under the three-dimensional cultivation mode.
