摘要
随着我国制造业水平的不断提高,工业机器人技术在生产制造业中的应用越来越广泛.许多大中型企业已经将生产线更新换代为以工业机器人为特点的智能制造生产线,甚至很多传统手工加工行业也开始涉及工业机器人技术.某些乐器加工制作企业也将加工模式由传统手工模式升级为自动线模式.基于此,以某企业的木质吉他打磨加工环节为背景,利用工业机器人技术进行自动化升级,并针对工作对象进行夹具设计,从而实现基于工业机器人技术的吉他打磨工作站的设计与应用,最终达到降低人工成本,提高产品合格率,高效、高质量生产的目的.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of China's manufacturing level,the application of industrial robot technology in manufacturing industry is more and more extensive.Many large and medium-sized enterprises have replaced their production lines with intelligent manufacturing production lines characterized by industrial robots,and even many traditional manual processing industries have begun to involve industrial robot technology.Some musical instrument processing and production enterprises have also upgraded the production mode from the traditional manual mode to the automatic line mode.Based on this,with a local enterprise wood guitar grinding processing link as the background,the use of industrial robot technology for automation upgrade,and fixture design for the work object,so as to achieve the design and application of guitar grinding workstation based on industrial robot technology,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing labor costs,improving product pass rate,efficient and high-quality production.
