摘要
型材在轧制生产中占有非常重要的地位,长条型材生产运输的过程中,经常需要使用牵引装置将长条型材沿输送辊组的长度方向移动一定距离后放下.为了避免输送装置在运输长条形材料过程中出现角度偏移,导致后续切割工序复杂、生产效率低下,设计一款定位精准的牵引输送装置,其主要由滑动座、摆臂、挡板与第一联动机构等结构组成.工作时,当夹爪组件完全离开长条型材后,第一联动机构驱使挡板远离长条型材并收容于摆臂附近.此设计在保证牵引输送装置能够往复滑动的前提下,实现长条型材被夹爪组件拖动过程中不产生角度偏转的效果,达到了定位精准输送的目的,简化了牵引输送装置的结构,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益.
Abstract
Profile plays a very important role in rolling production.During the transportation of long profile production,it is often necessary to use a traction device to move the long profile along the length direction of the conveying roller group for a certain distance before putting it down.In order to solve the problem of angle deviation during the transportation of long strip materials by the conveying device,which leads to complex subsequent cutting processes and low production efficiency,this paper designs a precise positioning traction conveying device,which mainly consists of sliding seats,swing arms,baffles,and the first linkage mechanism.When working,when the gripper component completely leaves the long profile,the first linkage mechanism drives the baffle away from the long profile and accommodates it near the swing arm.This design ensures that the traction conveying device can slide back and forth,achieving the effect of no angle deviation during the dragging process of the long profile by the clamping claw component,achieving the goal of precise positioning and conveying,simplifying the structure of the traction conveying device,and having good economic and environmental benefits.
