摘要
气塞会导致摆线滑油泵不供油,影响泵的正常工作,严重时可能导致滑油泵零件磨损,大大缩短滑油泵的使用寿命.结合实际,论述滑油泵气塞原因、防气塞设计等,以期为后续泵类产品设计提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The air plug will lead to the pendulum sliding oil pump does not supply oil,affecting the normal work of the pump,and seriously may lead to wear of the sliding oil pump parts,greatly reducing the life of the sliding oil pump.Combining with the practice,the paper discusses the reason of gas plug and the design of anti-gas plug of the oil pump,so as to provide reference for the subsequent design of pump products.
