摘要
门式起重机在工程施工过程中起着至关重要的作用,但在运行过程中存在诸多安全风险.如果不加以有效管控,将会对人员和设备造成严重损失.因此,重点分析门式起重机运行可靠性,以确保施工过程的安全.首先,通过分析门式起重机运行过程中可能出现的安全风险,发现其主要包括工人高空作业风险、设备倾覆风险、物体坠落风险等.其次,建立门式起重机有限元模型,设置门式起重机参数,选择相应的材料,最终获得并设置合理的门式起重机载荷.最后,通过有限元分析门式起重机可靠性,并通过 3 个工况进行等效应力分析,为提高工程施工的安全性和效率提供重要的理论指导和实践参考.
Abstract
Portal cranes play a crucial role in the construction process,but there are many safety risks during their operation.If not effectively controlled,it will cause serious losses to personnel and equipment.This article analyzes the operational reliability of gantry cranes to ensure the safety of the construction process.Firstly,by analyzing the safety risks that may arise during the operation of gantry cranes,it is found that they mainly include the risks of workers working at heights,equipment overturning,and object falling.Secondly,a finite element model of the gantry crane was established,and the parameters and material selection of the gantry crane were designed,with the gantry crane load set.Finally,the reliability performance of the gantry crane was analyzed through finite element analysis,and equivalent stress analysis was conducted under three working conditions,providing important theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving the safety and efficiency of engineering construction.
