摘要
工程机械机电设备的调试效果对工程进度和成本影响重大.针对传统人工调试的不足,提出基于自动化技术的调试方法.该方法通过集成先进的传感器、数据采集与分析系统以及智能控制算法,实现了机电设备的自动化调试,提高了调试效率和精度,降低了人工成本和差错率.
Abstract
The commissioning effect of mechanical and electrical equipment of construction machinery has a great influence on the project progress and cost.Aiming at the deficiency of traditional manual debugging,a debugging method based on automation technology is proposed.By integrating advanced sensor,data acquisition and analysis system and intelligent control algorithm,the automatic debugging of electromechanical equipment is realized,the debugging efficiency and accuracy are improved,and the labor cost and error rate are reduced.
