摘要

小型混匀仪作为核酸提取仪的主要组件,需要具有较高的稳定性和耐疲劳性.目前,国内市场上大部分混匀仪的振动件都不够稳定且容易损坏.为解决上述问题,设计一种回转式结构的振动件.该振动件在高频振动位置开有相应槽口,并在重要振动位置原有材料的基础上内衬了高性能弹簧钢 60Si2Mn.对该结构进行受力分析、疲劳分析以及仿真分析,验证了设计的振动件能够满足高强度、稳定性以及耐久性的要求.

Abstract

As the main component of a nucleic acid extractor,a small mixer needs to have high stability and fatigue resistance.At present,the vibration components of most mixers in the domestic market are not stable enough and are prone to damage.To solve the above problems,this article designs a rotary structure vibration component,which has corresponding slots at high-frequency vibration positions and is lined with high-performance spring steel 60Si2Mn on the basis of the original material at important vibration positions.In sections 2 to 4 of the article,stress analysis,fatigue analysis,and simulation analysis were conducted on the structure.The above force simulation has verified that the designed vibration components can meet the requirements of high strength,stability,and durability.
