摘要

基于重载机械臂的结构优化设计,通过多次优化,成功降低了机械臂应力集中的现象,提高了其强度和可靠性.通过改变圆角尺寸、台阶位置和结构等特征,成功地将机械臂的等效应力降低了 34.4%.这一优化设计为重载机械臂的安全运行提供了重要支持.

Abstract

This paper is based on the structural optimisation design of heavy-duty mechanical arm,which successfully reduces the stress concentration phenomenon of the mechanical arm and improves its strength and reliability through several optimisations.By changing the features such as fillet size,step position and structure,the equivalent stress of the mechanical arm was successfully reduced by 34.4%.This optimised design provides important support for the safe operation of the heavy-duty robotic arm.
