摘要

传统的机器人故障预警方法存在响应速度慢、准确率低等不足.基于此,提出一种基于 5G和边缘计算的机器人故障预警系统,构建融合多源传感器数据的故障预警模型,同时设计预警信息的实时发布路径.在某企业的应用实践表明,该系统显著提升了故障预警的及时性和准确性,有效降低了故障率,为企业带来可观的经济效益.但是,5G技术在推动机器人故障预警发展过程中仍面临模组成本高、专网建设滞后、工业数据积累不足等挑战.未来,要将5G技术与机器人故障预警深度融合,以进一步提升工业机器人系统的安全性与可靠性.

Abstract

The traditional robot fault warning method has the shortcomings of slow response speed and low accuracy.Based on this,a robot fault warning system based on 5G and edge computing is proposed,a fault warning model integrating multi-source sensor data is constructed,and a real-time release path of early warning information is designed.The application practice in an enterprise shows that the system significantly improves the timeliness and accuracy of fault warning,effectively reduces the failure rate,and brings considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.However,5G technology still faces challenges in the process of promoting the development of robot fault warning,such as high mode composition,lagging private network construction,and insufficient industrial data accumulation.In the future,5G technology and robot fault warning should be deeply integrated to further improve the safety and reliability of industrial robot systems.
