摘要

通过获取工作叶片断裂转速,确保发动机在失去负荷后,一旦动力涡轮超转到一定转速,叶片就会先于盘体发生断裂.这是叶片合理化设计和防止非包容事故发生的重要依据和方法.根据某动力涡轮工作叶片的几何结构,建立有限元模型.在考虑挡气片离心力对叶片断裂转速的影响的前提下,基于实测的材料数据和弹塑性方法进行断裂转速理论仿真计算,并通过试验验证方法的准确性.

Abstract

To obtain the breaking speed of working blades and ensure that the blade breaks before the disk when the engine losses load and the power turbine overrotates to a certain speed is an important basis and method for the rational design of blade and the prevention of non-package accidents.In this paper,a finite element model is established based on the geometrical structure of a power turbine blade,considering the effect of the centrifugal force of the baffle on the breaking speed of the blade.Based on the measured material data and the elastoplastic method,the theoretical simulation calculation of the breaking speed of the working blade is carried out and turn out to be accurate.
