摘要

文章提出一种基于磁吸附的风电机组塔筒爬行系统,实现对风电机组塔筒的高效、安全、可靠的爬行检测.首先,介绍磁吸附技术的原理和优势,以及其在风电机组塔筒爬行系统中的应用;其次,详细描述系统的硬件组成和软件控制策略;最后,通过实验验证系统的性能和可靠性,并展望其在实际应用中的潜力.

Abstract

This article proposes a fan tower crawling system based on magnetic adsorption,which can achieve efficient,safe,and reliable crawling detection of the fan tower.Firstly,introduced the principle and advantages of magnetic adsorption technology,as well as its application in the crawling system of wind turbine towers.Secondly,provided a detailed description of the hardware composition and software control strategy of the system.Finally,validated the performance and reliability of the system through experiments,and looked forward to its potential in practical applications.
