摘要
研究重点分析机电一体化技术在工程机械设备中应用的发展趋势,如智能化、网络化、模块化等,并介绍电液比例控制和控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线两项关键技术在工程机械设备中的应用实例.其中,某高响应比例方向阀的频响可达200 Hz,在装载机铲斗控制中实现了 5~15 Hz的宽频振动抑制.此外,利用 3 条CAN总线对矿用卡车的 20 多个控制单元进行互联,显著提高了设备的操控性和燃油经济性.未来机电一体化技术将在工程机械设备的全生命周期中发挥更大作用,促进行业的智能化转型升级.
Abstract
The research focuses on analyzing the development trends of the application of mechatronics technology in engineering machinery equipment,such as intelligence,networking,modularity,etc.,and introduces the application examples of two key technologies,electro-hydraulic proportional control and Controller Area Network(CAN)bus,in engineering machinery equipment.The frequency response of a certain high response proportional directional valve can reach 200 Hz,and wideband vibration suppression of 5~15 Hz has been achieved in the control of loader buckets.Using three CAN buses to interconnect more than 20 control units of mining trucks significantly improves equipment handling and fuel economy.In the future,mechatronics integration technology will play a greater role in the entire lifecycle of construction machinery and equipment,promoting the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the industry.
