摘要
进气导向器是航空发动机高压压气机中的重要零件,加工周期冗长,对装配零件间的装配间隙、叶片装配角度等要求严格.分析进气导向器装配制造过程中的问题,通过改进装配工装及优化装配工艺的方法,缩短零件加工周期,提高组件一次装配成功率和修理节点交付率,降低装配和加工成本.
Abstract
The intake guide is an important part in aero-engine high-pressure compressor,which has a long processing cycle and strict requirements for assembly clearance and blade assembly Angle between assembly parts.The problems in the assembly and manufacturing process of air intake guide were analyzed,and the method of improving assembly tooling and optimizing assembly process was used to shorten the machining cycle of parts,improve the probability of successful assembly of components,improve the delivery rate of repair nodes,and reduce assembly and processing costs.
