摘要

分析AFA3G燃料组件拉棒机拉杆爪头收爪工艺的原理及存在的问题,提出有针对性的改进措施,包括爪头和卡管的材质、尺寸、表面处理等方面的优化.通过定性和定量对比分析,改进后的收爪工艺的可靠性明显提升,有效避免了燃料组件产品的质量隐患.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the principle and existing problems of the drawing process of the rod head of the AFA3G fuel assembly rod drawing machine,and puts forward some relevant improvement measures,including the optimization of the material,size and surface treatment of the claw head and pipe.Through qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis,the reliability of the improved pawing process is obviously improved,and the hidden trouble of the quality of fuel assembly products is effectively avoided.
