摘要
煤矿作为能源产业的重要组成部分,在现代工业生产中发挥着重要作用.然而,煤矿生产中常常面临机电设备故障频发的问题,不仅给生产带来了延误和损失,而且可能威胁到生产安全和工人的生命财产安全.因此,论述煤矿机电设备故障诊断技术,明确其原理、诊断方法及其在故障诊断中的应用,并在此基础上探讨煤矿机电设备预防性维护技术,从而为煤矿机电设备的安全高效运行提供技术支持.
Abstract
As an important part of energy industry,coal mine plays an important role in modern industrial production.However,the frequent failure of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine production not only brings delay and loss,but also threatens the safety of production and workers'life and property.Therefore,this paper discusses the fault diagnosis technology of coal mine electromechanical equipment,clarifies its principle,diagnosis method and its application in fault diagnosis,and on this basis discusses the preventive maintenance technology of coal mine electromechanical equipment,therefore,it provides technical support for safe and efficient operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
