摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,化工行业的重要性日益突出.化工机械设备的安全运行是保障化工生产的重要环节.然而,近年来化工机械设备事故频发,不仅给企业带来了严重的经济损失,还造成了人员伤亡和环境污染.因此,加强对化工机械设备安全特性的分析,是当前化工企业工作的重点.既要对其进行故障分析,又要对故障诊断技术进行深入研究,以保证化工生产的可持续发展.
Abstract
With the rapid economic development in our country,the status of the chemical industry is becoming increasingly prominent,and the safe operation of chemical machinery and equipment has become an important link to ensure chemical production.However,in recent years,the frequent occurrence of chemical machinery and equipment accidents has not only brought serious economic losses to enterprises,but also caused casualties and environmental pollution.Therefore,strengthening the analysis of the safety characteristics of chemical machinery and equipment is the focus of the current work of chemical enterprises,not only to carry out fault analysis,but also to carry out in-depth research on fault diagnosis technology to ensure the sustainable development of chemical production.
