摘要
在现代工业生产、机械制造等领域中,冲压模具具有重要作用.但是,受到多种因素影响,它在使用过程中容易出现失效问题,导致无法正常使用,影响零部件的生产质量.因此,重点分析冲压模具失效形式,提出多项科学有效的预防措施,降低失效问题发生率,确保冲压模具能够长期正常使用.
Abstract
In modern industrial production,machinery manufacturing and other fields,stamping die has an important role.However,affected by a variety of factors,it is easy to appear in the use of failure,resulting in normal use,affecting the production quality of parts.Therefore,it is important to analyze the failure forms of stamping die,put forward a number of scientific and effective preventive measures to reduce the failure rate,to ensure that the stamping die can be used normally for a long time.
