摘要

探索煤矿提升机钢丝绳更换工艺的优化方法,以提高更换效率,保障安全生产.通过分析钢丝绳失效模式和现有更换工艺,发现其存在效率低、风险高、自动化程度不足等问题.针对这些问题,从工艺流程优化、关键技术创新、安全管理等方面提出系统的解决方案.研究表明,采用物联网、机器人、虚拟仿真等先进技术,优化作业流程,并配套严格的安全管理体系,可显著提升钢丝绳更换效率,缩短工期,降低安全风险,促进煤矿提升系统技术不断进步.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the optimization method for the replacement process of coal mine hoist wire ropes,in order to improve replacement efficiency and ensure safety production.By analyzing the failure modes of steel wire ropes and existing replacement processes,problems such as low efficiency,high risk,and insufficient automation were identified.A systematic solution has been proposed to address these issues,including process optimization,key technological innovation,and safety management.Research has shown that using advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,robots,and virtual simulation,optimizing work processes,and supporting strict safety management systems can significantly improve the efficiency of wire rope replacement,shorten construction periods,reduce safety risks,and promote technological progress in coal mine hoisting systems.
