摘要

某型试验压气机为重型燃气轮机研发项目压气机部分试验件,共设有17级通流、3级可调导叶,整体结构较为复杂,装配难度较大.针对该型机组总装全流程进行梳理,对可调导叶及操纵机构安装、通流间隙调整、联轴器找中等核心总装工序工艺进行分析研究,研究结果可为同类型重型燃气轮机压气机总装提供参考.

Abstract

A certain type of test compressor is a part of the compressor test piece of the heavy gas turbine R&D project.It has a total of 17 stages of flow and 3 stages of adjustable guide vanes.The overall structure is more complicated and the assembly is more difficult.In this paper,the whole assembly process of this type of unit is sorted out,and the installation of adjustable guide vane and control mechanism,the adjustment of flow clearance and the medium core process of coupling are analyzed and studied.The research results can provide some reference for the compressor assembly of the same type of gas turbine.
