摘要
针对强力煤矿带式输送机智能装配存在的效率低、精度差、能耗高等问题,引入机电一体化技术,从智能装配单元设计、自动化装配线规划、质量监控体系构建和能耗管理优化 4 个方面出发,进行系统分析与应用研究.研究结果表明,基于机电一体化的智能装配系统可显著提高装配效率和精度,采用视觉引导与人工智能算法可实现质量监控的信息化和智能化,通过能耗监测、能效分析与节能优化可以显著降低单位产品能耗.
Abstract
To study the problems of low efficiency,poor precision and high energy consumption in the intelligent assembly of belt conveyors in Qiangli coal mine.By introducing mechatronics engineering technology,based on the design of Intelligent Assembly unit,the planning of automatic assembly line,the construction of quality monitoring system and the optimization of energy consumption management,the system analysis and application research are carried out.Research results show that mechatronics engineering intelligent assembly systems can significantly improve assembly efficiency and accuracy,and that information and intelligence for quality monitoring can be achieved using vision-guided and artificial intelligence algorithms,through energy consumption monitoring,energy efficiency analysis and energy saving optimization can significantly reduce the energy consumption per unit product.
