摘要

高效传动系统是机械设备的关键部件,其性能直接影响整机的工作效率和可靠性.文章针对高效传动系统的设计与动力学仿真分析展开深入研究.首先,介绍高效传动系统的基本组成和设计原则;其次,阐述传动系统动力学模型的建立方法,并采用多体动力学仿真软件进行数值仿真分析;最后,提出基于动力学仿真分析结果的传动系统优化设计方法.研究结果表明,合理的设计参数和动力学性能优化可以显著提高传动系统的效率和可靠性,为高效传动系统的设计提供重要参考.

Abstract

High efficiency transmission system is the key component of mechanical equipment,and its performance directly affects the working efficiency and reliability of the whole machine.In this paper,the design and dynamic simulation analysis of high efficiency transmission system are studied deeply.Firstly,the basic composition and design principle of high efficiency transmission system are introduced.Secondly,the establishment method of transmission system dynamics model is described,and numerical simulation analysis is carried out by using multi-body dynamics simulation software.Finally,the optimal design method of transmission system based on the results of dynamic simulation analysis is proposed.The results show that reasonable design parameters and dynamic performance optimization can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of the transmission system,and provide an important reference for the design of efficient transmission system.
