环境温度对水轮机大部件热变形的影响分析

摘要
水轮机大部件的虚拟装配技术在提高产品质量、缩短产品交付周期和降本增效等方面具有重要作用.因此,研究工装夹具、重力、操作力和温度等因素对实际装配精度的影响,通过对环境温度对水轮机大部件热变形的影响分析,明确部件随环境温度的变化规律,以及温度对部件热变形的影响,初步探索出一种分析部件热变形和进行热变形补偿的方法.
Abstract
Virtual Assembly technology of large hydraulic turbine parts plays an important role in improving product quality,shortening product delivery cycle and reducing cost and increasing efficiency.Therefore,the influence of fixture,gravity,operating force and temperature on actual assembly accuracy is studied,and the influence of environmental temperature on thermal deformation of large parts of hydraulic turbine is analyzed,the change rule of the component with the environment temperature and the influence of the temperature on the thermal deformation of the component are made clear.
