摘要
多管道箱体的安装质量直接影响系统的整体运行效能和稳定性.管道铺设的直线度是评定安装品质的重要指标,直线度偏差会导致管道应力集中、振动等问题,严重影响系统运行的稳定性.因此,如何实现多管道箱体构造安装接合部位的高精度直线测量成为一个关键课题.文章主要分析多管道箱体的安装连接直线度检测工作的重要性以及现有的检测方法,并通过实际案例分析,探究先进检测技术的应用成效.
Abstract
The installation quality of the multi-pipe box directly affects the overall operating efficiency and stability of the system.The straightness of pipeline laying is an important index to evaluate the installation quality.The deviation of straightness will lead to the stress concentration and vibration of pipeline,which will seriously affect the stability of system operation.Therefore,how to realize the high-precision linear measurement of the joint parts of the multi-pipe box construction has become a key topic.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of the straightness detection of the installation connection of the multi-pipe box and the existing detection methods,and explores the application effect of advanced detection technology through the actual case analysis.
