摘要
利用亚龙公司YL-158GA1 现代电气控制平台,对自动饮料灌装机进行虚拟仿真设计.S7-1200作为平台的主控可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Automation Controller,PLC),采用伺服控制技术,可实现高精度的定位与速度控制,使灌装工艺发生重大改变,实现食品加工行业的精确控制.上位组态利用MCGS7062Ti的触摸屏进行配置,完成了产品的灌装高度、瓶装容量、残次品分拣、产品运输等自动化工序,提高了灌装作业的稳定性、安全性和经济性.
Abstract
A virtual simulation design was carried out on the automatic beverage filling machine using the YL-158GA1 modern electronic control system of Yalong Company.S7-1200 as the main control Programmable Automation Controller(PLC)of the system,using servo control technology,high precision positioning and speed control can be achieved,making significant changes in the filling process and achieving precise control in the food processing industry.The upper configuration is configured using the touch screen of MCGS7062Ti,completing automated processes such as product filling height,bottle capacity,defective product sorting,and product transportation,improving the stability,safety,and economy of filling operations.
