钛合金薄壁件铣削加工的颤振监测方法研究

摘要
钛合金薄壁件在铣削加工过程中的动态特性相对复杂,易出现颤振现象,严重影响铣削加工的质量和效率.为满足钛合金薄壁件的高效、高精度铣削加工,提出一种考虑加工动态特性的颤振识别方法,利用粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)来优化变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)参数,实现对颤振现象的有效监测.最后利用仿真实验,证实所提出的检测方法具有科学性和有效性.
Abstract
The dynamic characteristics of thin-walled titanium alloy parts in milling process are relatively complex,which is easy to appear flutter phenomenon,which seriously affects the quality and efficiency of milling.In order to meet the high efficiency and high precision milling of thin-walled titanium alloy parts,a flutter recognition method considering the dynamic characteristics of machining was proposed.Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)parameters,achieving effective monitoring of vibration phenomena.Finally,simulation experiments are used to prove that the proposed detection method is scientific and effective.
