摘要

螺栓疲劳是设备法兰连接的一种常见失效方式.基于螺栓受载理论与Workbench仿真分析,对影响压力容器设备法兰螺栓疲劳的因素进行研究.分析结果表明:螺栓的应力幅随着垫片弹性模量的增大而降低,较大的垫片弹性模量可延长螺栓疲劳寿命;螺栓的应力幅随着螺栓刚度的增大而升高,刚度较大的螺栓更容易发生疲劳失效;螺栓的应力幅随着螺栓预紧力的增大而降低,较大的螺栓预紧力有助于螺栓系统抵抗疲劳.根据疲劳分析结果,提出防止设备法兰螺栓疲劳失效的方法,为设备法兰螺栓系统选材、抗疲劳提供理论依据.

Abstract

Bolt fatigue is a common failure mode of equipment flange connection.Based on the theory of bolt loading and Workbench simulation analysis,the factors affecting the fatigue of flange bolts in pressure vessel equipment are studied.The results show that the stress amplitude of bolts decreases with the increase of gasket elastic modulus,and the fatigue life of bolts can be prolonged with a larger gasket elastic modulus.The stress amplitude of bolts increases with the increase of bolt stiffness,and bolts with higher stiffness are more prone to fatigue failure.The stress amplitude of bolt decreases with the increase of bolt preload,and the larger bolt preload helps the bolt system to resist fatigue.According to the results of fatigue analysis,a method to prevent the fatigue failure of flange bolts of equipment is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for material selection and anti-fatigue of flange bolts of equipment.
