角钢自动冲孔装置设计与实验分析

摘要
为解决冲孔加工过程中设备成本较高、打孔位置不精确、打孔效率低、孔型单一等问题,设计了一种智能识别孔位、自动完成冲裁的装置——角钢自动冲孔装置.首先,介绍该装置的机构设计、控制系统以及图像自动定位系统;其次,通过ANSYS仿真分析探究了所设计的支撑平台和凹模是否满足在小型冲压机下工作;最后,通过配合小型冲压机,搭建角钢自动冲孔装置平台冲孔.实验结果表明,角钢自动冲孔装置可以完成冲孔,提高作业效率和精确度.
Abstract
To solve the problems of high equipment cost,inaccurate punching position,punching low efficiency,and single hole type in the punching process,a device for autonomously identifying hole positions and automatically completing punching is designed-angle steel automatic punching device.Firstly,the mechanism design,control system and automatic image positioning system of the device are introduced.Then,ANSYS simulation analysis is used to explore whether the designed support platform and die can work under small stamping machines.Finally,by cooperating with a small stamping machine,a platform for automatic punching of angle steel is constructed.The experimental results show that the angle steel automatic punching device can complete punching,improve work efficiency and accuracy.
