摘要
真空泵在众多工业和科研领域中应用广泛,其性能和寿命直接影响真空设备的稳定性和生产效率.泵芯是真空泵的关键部件,表面磨损及疲劳导致的泵芯性能下降是限制真空泵性能提升和使用寿命延长的主要因素.基于此,文章分析真空泵泵芯表面磨损疲劳的机理,探讨泵芯表面磨损疲劳寿命预测的建模方法,并探究寿命预测方法的改进方向,旨在为泵芯耐磨损疲劳性能的提升和使用寿命的延长提供理论基础和技术支持.
Abstract
Vacuum pumps are widely used in many industrial and scientific research fields,and their performance and life directly affect the stability and production efficiency of vacuum equipment.Pump core is the key component of vacuum pump.The performance decline caused by surface wear and fatigue is the main factor limiting the performance improvement and service life extension of vacuum pump.Based on this,the paper analyzed the mechanism of surface wear fatigue of vacuum pump core,discussed the modeling method of surface wear fatigue life prediction of pump core,and explored the improvement direction of life prediction method,aiming at providing theoretical basis and technical support for improving the wear fatigue performance of pump core and prolonging its service life.
