大型离心空压机组的维护与检修研究

摘要
大型离心空压机组在社会生产中发挥着重要作用,广泛应用于多个行业,如石油化工、能源动力、冶金生产等行业.但是,该机组一般在空气潮湿的环境下运行,容易产生故障,直接影响其正常运行,因此需要做好检修和维护工作,以有效处理各类故障.文章首先介绍大型离心空压机组的定义,其次总结常见故障,如空气冷却系统故障、滑动轴承故障、机组振动故障、机组结垢等,再次提出机组检修和维护措施,最后明确检修和维护中的注意事项,旨在降低故障产生的可能性,提升机组的使用性能.
Abstract
Large centrifugal air compressor plays an important role in social production and is widely used in many industries,such as petrochemical,energy and power,metallurgical production and other industries.However,the unit generally operates in a humid air environment and is prone to failure,which directly affects its normal operation,so it is necessary to do maintenance and maintenance work to effectively deal with all kinds of faults.This paper first introduces the definition and characteristics of large centrifugal air compressor units,then summarizes common faults,such as air cooling system failure,sliding bearing failure,unit vibration failure,unit scaling,etc.,and again puts forward unit overhaul and maintenance measures,and finally defines the points for attention in overhaul and maintenance,aiming at reducing the possibility of failure and improving the performance of the unit.
