摘要
在风力发电机组运转过程中,叶片会对风力发电系统的运行稳定性产生较大影响,但叶片在运转过程中可能会因自身缺陷、进水等产生叶片损坏的问题,因此落实叶片的早期运维工作十分必要.文章首先分析风力发电机叶片的结构,其次列举叶片的常见故障,最后提出早期运维的要点,以期促进叶片早期运维工作的落实,并为相关单位提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
In the operation process of wind turbine,the blade will have a great impact on the stability of the wind power system.However,the blade may be damaged due to its own defects and water intake during the operation process,so it is necessary to implement the early operation and maintenance of the blade.This paper first analyzes the structure of wind turbine blades,then lists the common faults of blades,and finally puts forward the key points of early operation and maintenance of blades,in order to promote the implementation of early operation and maintenance of blades,and provide reference for relevant units.
