摘要

文章主要研究排涝泵站轴流泵整体移位安装技术.首先,确定排涝泵站轴流泵整体移位安装高程,根据实际需求改变轴流泵的出水口连接形式,以适应不同的流体输送要求;其次,调整轴流泵的轴线摆度值,避免不必要的振动和噪声;最后,精确定位轴流泵的中心位置,实现最佳工作性能和效率.经过测试,轴流泵整体移位安装后,各试验点的流量在 0.49~0.53 m3·s-1,平均流量为 0.52 m3·s-1,扬程在 15.8~16.7 m,平均扬程为 16.3 m.这表明在整体移位安装后,轴流泵具有良好的运行性能,尽管存在一定程度的波动,但总体上能够满足设计要求.

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the integral displacement and installation technology of axial flow pump in drainage pump station.Firstly,determine the axial flow pump's overall displacement installation elevation in the drainage pump station,adapting outlet connection to actual demand for varied fluid transmission requirements.Secondly,adjust the axial swing value of the axial flow pump to avoid unnecessary vibration and noise;Finally,the central position of the axial flow pump is precisely positioned to achieve the best performance and efficiency.After testing,it was found that after the overall displacement and installation of the axial flow pump,the flow rate at each test point fluctuated between 0.49~0.53 m3·s-1,with an average flow rate of 0.52 m3·s-1.The head fluctuated between 15.8~16.7 m,with an average head of 16.3 m.This shows that the axial flow pump has good operating performance after the overall displacement installation,although there is a certain degree of fluctuation,but in general can meet the design requirements.
