煤矿皮带机传动装置结构改进研究

摘要
为确保皮带机传动系统安全稳定运转,需要提高煤矿皮带机的运输效率.文章首先阐述煤矿皮带机传动装置结构,其次分析传动装置功率不平衡的影响因素,最后从摩擦片材料和结构、供油设计、油缸驱动、冷却器布置设计方面,对传动装置结构进行改进.改进后的煤矿皮带机传动装置的传动效率提高了 10%,电力消耗量降低了20%,全年预计增效100万元.
Abstract
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of belt conveyor transmission system,it is necessary to improve the transportation efficiency of coal mine belt conveyor.This paper first describes the transmission structure of coal mine belt conveyor,then analyzes the factors affecting the power imbalance of the transmission device,and finally improves the transmission structure from the aspects of friction plate material and structure,oil supply design,cylinder drive,cooler layout and lubrication flow design.The improved coal mine belt conveyor transmission device has increased transmission efficiency by 10%,reduced power consumption by 20%,and is expected to increase efficiency by 1 million yuan throughout the year.
