摘要
煤矿工作面设备的安装与回撤是煤矿生产过程中的重要环节.文章深入研究煤矿工作面设备的安装与回撤工艺.在安装工艺方面,详细分析顶板支护安装、输送机铺设和采煤机安装等关键环节;在回撤工艺方面,着重探讨回撤顺序与调度、设备拆卸过程以及地面存放与转运要求,以期为提高煤矿工作面设备安装与回撤的效率与安全性提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
The installation and withdrawal of coal mine working face equipment is an important link in coal mine production process.The paper deeply studies the installation and withdrawal technology of coal mine working face equipment.In terms of installation technology,the key links such as roof support installation,conveyor laying and shearer installation are analyzed in detail.In terms of pullback technology,the paper focuses on the pullback sequence and scheduling,equipment disassembly process and ground storage and transfer requirements,in order to provide a valuable reference for improving the efficiency and safety of equipment installation and pullback in coal mine working face.
