摘要
为提高煤矿用皮带机运行质量,降低皮带机减速机断轴事故率,阐述煤矿用皮带机减速机运行原理,结合减速机结构、断轴失效时间特征,分析减速机断轴内外部原因,并提出设备选型、减速机稳定运行、减速机质检的改进策略,有效解决减速机断轴问题,满足皮带机减速机运行要求,提高皮带机运行效率.
Abstract
In order to improve the operating quality of coal mine belt conveyors and reduce the accident rate of belt conveyor reducer shaft breakage,this article elaborates on the operating principle of coal mine belt conveyor reducer,analyzes the internal and external causes of reducer shaft breakage based on the reducer structure and failure time characteristics,and proposes improvement strategies for equipment selection,stable operation of reducer,and quality inspection of reducer,effectively solving the problem of reducer shaft breakage,meeting the operating requirements of belt conveyor reducer,and improving the operation efficiency of belt conveyor.
