摘要
GT4B2 型真空封罐机在罐头生产线上占据着重要地位.该机型的二重卷边技术是确保罐头密封性的关键,但常常由于结构和参数设置不合理,出现卷边缺陷,影响罐头的质量和生产效率.文章分析GT4B2 型真空封罐机的二重卷边技术的工作原理和应用现状,在此基础上提出优化方法.
Abstract
GT4B2 vacuum can sealing machine occupies an important position in the can production line.The double flanging technology of this model is the key to ensure the sealing of the can,but the flanging defect often occurs due to the unreasonable structure and parameter setting,which affects the quality and production efficiency of the can.This paper analyzes the working principle and application status of double edging technology of GT4B2 vacuum can sealing machine,and puts forward the optimization method.
