摘要
基于FANUC-0i mate-TD系统分离式实训教学平台,进行设备升级改造.自主设计机床床身结构、外壳及防护装置,总装完成后调试设备功能一切正常.设计外圆磨削超声加工装置,通过建立模型并利用ANSYS软件对装置进行模拟仿真分析,优化结构尺寸.装置安装于设备,分别控制工件回转速度、磨削深度,对TC4合金材料分别进行普通磨削加工和超声磨削加工.对比两种加工方式下试件的表面质量得知,在超声磨削加工条件下,试件表面粗糙度值降低.对设备进行升级改造并附加超声加工系统,实现了对报废实训平台的再利用,降低了成本.
Abstract
Based on FANUC-0i mate-TD system separate type practice teaching platform,the equipment is upgraded.The machine bed structure,shell and protective device are designed independently,and all functions of the debugging equipment are normal after the final assembly was completed.The ultrasonic machining device for cylindrical grinding is designed,and the structure size is optimized by establishing a model and using ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the device.The device is installed in the equipment,the workpiece rotation speed and grinding depth are respectively controlled,and the TC4 alloy material is respectively ordinary grinding and ultrasonic grinding.Comparing the surface quality of the specimen under the two machining methods,it is found that the surface roughness of the specimen decreases under the condition of ultrasonic grinding.The equipment is upgraded and the ultrasonic machining system is added to realize the reuse of the abandoned training platform and reduce the cost.
