摘要
针对煤矿胶带运输异物检测的问题,提出一种基于机器视觉和深度学习的智能化异物检测工艺.该工艺通过图像采集、预处理、异物识别、定位与分拣等环节,实现对胶带表面异物的精准检测和自动清理.仿真实验结果表明,该工艺的异物检测精度高达98.7%,证明了该技术方案的可行性和有效性.
Abstract
A machine vision and deep learning based intelligent foreign object detection process is proposed to address the issue of foreign object detection in coal mine belt transportation.This process achieves precise detection and automatic cleaning of foreign objects on the surface of adhesive tape through image acquisition,preprocessing,foreign object recognition,positioning,and sorting.The simulation experiment results show that the foreign object detection accuracy of this technology is as high as 98.7%,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of this technical solution.
