摘要
针对井下采煤机拖缆装置存在的故障率高、维护困难等问题,提出一种拖缆装置创新优化方案.通过优选拖缆材料、改进设计结构、集成智能张力控制系统等,提升拖缆的机械强度,改善其电气性能,延长其使用寿命.现场工业性实验表明,该方案能够适应不同工况,动态性能优异,可以显著提升采煤机作业效能.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems such as high failure rate and difficult maintenance,an innovative optimization scheme of towing cable device of underground shearer is put forward.By optimizing the cable material,improving the design structure and integrating the intelligent tension control system,the mechanical strength of the cable is increased,its electrical performance is improved and its service life is extended.Field industrial experiments show that the scheme can adapt to different working conditions,has excellent dynamic performance,and can significantly improve the working efficiency of shearer.
